Inform the staff/salon manager immediately if you have any concerns about the salon, the staff, the service, or about infection and other abnormal reactions or conditions concerning your nails.
GUARANTEE Gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 7 days and 10 days for dipping powder and enhancement services. If you notice chipping or lifting within this time, please call us to schedule a free repair with the original color of service. – Repairs after guaranteed time for breakages, tears, and corner breaks will be charged. – Traditional Polish (Regular Polish) services are not guaranteed. |
REFUND No refunds will be given after your service is done. However, if you are not happy with your nails, please let us know before you pay. We will adjust them to your satisfaction or remove any enhancements or coatings that have been applied. No refund will be given because you have simply changed your mind. |
GIFT CARD – Gift cards are not refundable or exchangeable at any time. – Gift cards are not redeemable if lost or stolen – We are not liable to redeem any gift cards presented for redemption after the expiry date. |
